1. Accepting the Terms

By using White Rabbit Express Services (referred to collectively as the “Services”), you understand and agree that White Rabbit will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the unique nature of custom ordered items, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges. We may however make exceptions at our discretion. Please contact customer service with your inquiry.

Electronic Product Warranties
All products are covered by a one year warranty from their respective manufacturers in Japan. White Rabbit acts only as a conduit to the manufacturer; in any of, but not limited to, the following events, manufacturers will not repair electronics free of charge: physical damage, dropping, spillage, electric shock, etc. The manufacturer will act at their own discretion in these matters and White Rabbit is not responsible for their decisions. The manufacturer is the final arbiter of all disputes and will charge for all repairs if they deem that any event that voided the warranty had occurred. That said, many of the electronics manufacturers that we deal with are among the world’s largest companies and highly dedicated to providing great service.

3. Affiliate Program Terms

If your referred visitor completes a purchase with White Rabbit Express, you earn 3.5% of net revenue on the product portion of referred sales (we don’t include shipping charges when calculating referred sales.) So on a US$30 sale, you’d make US$1.05 and on a US$100 item you’d make US$3.50.

We payout on a two month cycle by PayPal. If your account balance is less than $25, we’ll roll it over to the next payout period.

4. Privacy Policy

White Rabbit knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our privacy policy. By visiting whiterabbitexpress.com, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Notice.

White Rabbit does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.
